As each Made of Hue product is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind.
We only accept returns or replacements in case of:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.madeofhue@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases where an order is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
